THE COURT: So in your letter tomorrow you will indicate your understanding of the time frame including the specific 3500 material sent last week because, again, the representation I have is that you sent it to the defense on Monday and we are here a week later and Ms. Maxwell hasn't received it. You will find out what the story is with that and inquire as to whether there are any additional steps that can be taken in light of where we are in advance of trial to further facilitate the speedy transmission of the materials to Ms. Maxwell.
