So here is the spin. It's as if the government is just\n4 sort of giving it for the media, here is the spin given to your\n5 honor to try to influence your Honor's discretion. What\n6 actually happened? At least the court has said we can respond\n7 by proffer. We weren't given a chance to respond in writing.\n8 My client was at the property in the morning in her pajamas.\n9 She was there with one security guard. Two people in the\n10 house. The front door was unlocked. All the other doors of\n11 the house were open. The windows were open. Dozens of agents\n12 came storming up the drive, creating a disturbance. My client\n13 had to hire security because of the threats to her that I have\n14 already relayed before, and the protocol was that in a\ndisturbance to go into new room. That's all she did. Not\n15 running out of the house, not, you know, looking for some\n16 secret tunnel, went in the other room. The F.B.I. knocked down\n17 the door which, by the way, was open, and my client surrendered\n18 herself for arrest. That's far from the picture painted by the\ngovernment.\n19 Let me turn to another thing that the government\n20 mentioned today in an effort to sort of spin the facts, make\neverything look sinister with respect to my client.
