Please call our office upon receipt of this notice at 355-7363 (Bobbie Payne). This NOTICE TO APPEAR is being sent to you in lieu of a Grand Jury Subpoena. We expect you to honor this Notice since, as a police officer, you are integrally involved in the prosecution of the above-styled defendant.
