All of the alleged\n11 conduct the women went voluntarily, there are no allegations\n12 of force certainly none.\n13 THE COURT: There was no allegation of force in\n14 the marine either, who met a girl in a bar, a young girl 17,\n15 there was no force there.\n16 MS. MUSUMECI: It is our understanding that the\n17 prosecutor in Florida conducted a full investigation, as\n18 full as she was able with the cooperation afforded by these\n19 complainants, and determined that the only case that she\n20 could present to the grand jury was this indictment for a\n21 non registrable offense then --\n22 THE COURT: But it is registrable here.\n23 I don't know what you mean non registrable\n24 offense.\n25 MS.
