I'm confident we can reach some agreement on this.\n2 THE COURT: That's fine. And authority and support.\n3 Obviously I was not -- I broke no ground in permitting anonymity with respect to the witnesses who have testified. As I said, that that ruling, that's well-tread territory. Even if there's agreement, I would look for authority to make sure that it's permissible.\n4 MR. EVERDELL: Understood, your Honor.\n5 MS. MOE: Yes, your Honor. We'll look into the issue. I don't know who the witnesses are, what the basis would be, but we'll thoroughly examine it and make sure to apprise the Court whether there's a basis or not.
