They are, generally speaking,\n3 many, many, many photographs of nude and partially nude women\n4 and girls who appear to be young.\n5 The government has identified at least one individual\n6 in those photos who has self-identified as a victim of the\n7 defendant. And, frankly, it is a lot of material that we are\n8 continuing to work through.\n9 With respect to the sex offender registration of the\n10 defendant in other states, your Honor, following up on the\n11 Court's question last week, we did confer with New York state\n12 authorities.\n13 There is no particular result from this case in terms\n14 of his registration in New York. He remains registered, but\n15 there is no specific consequence as to him being charged or\n16 arrested in this case and no change of his status. He is\n17 already, of course, at the highest status of risk for\n18 re-offense.\n19 Just very briefly, your Honor, with respect to some of\n20 the other arguments that defense counsel made --\n21 THE COURT: Are you familiar with whether or not there\n22 are other proceedings in other jurisdictions of a similar\n23 nature to Judge Pickholz's decision?\n24 MR.
