New\n20\nMexico he tried to register, and my understanding is that they\n21\nsaid that his nexus to the state did not require further\n22\nregistration because his travels, his daily occurrences, were\n23\nbeing monitored by his principal residences.\n24\nTHE COURT: That goes back to the question I have, but\n25\nbefore I get there, we've gone far along.
