And she, I believe, has\n8 also told the press that she was in a drug rehabilitation\n9 facility at the time that she met Mr. Epstein.\n10 Obviously, to the extent she was under the influence\n11 of drugs, which is what she has told the press, at the time she\n12 met him, she persisted in being addicted to drugs during the\n13 time that she knew Mr. Epstein, and it certainly relates to all\n14 of her requests for, I believe she has requested $30 million in\n15 damages, your Honor, not just from the defamation, but also\n16 harkening back to what she claims were her years as a sex abuse\n17 victim.\n18 THE COURT: What's the basis of your statement that we\n19 will call it the flashback?\n20 MS.
