Please direct all future correspondence relating to Ms. _____ to our office. We will accept subpoenas on her behalf. I understand that you have scheduled Ms. ____ for deposition on Monday, March 24, 2008. We would like to reschedule the deposition to a date convenient for Ms. ~ and myself. In addition, as we will be filing a civil lawsuit, we would like to conduct a single deposition to be used for both the criminal and the civil matters. Please let us know if you will agree to this or if we should seek court approval for same.
