On Sunday, September 11, 2005, at approximately 2346 Hours, I observed a four door white Mitsubishi, FL Tag #C104TV parked in a safety zone within a curve in the roadway, across from 760 North Ocean Blvd. As I drove up behind the vehicle, the vehicle left the safety zone, which I then conducted a car stop on the 200 block of Bahia Cabana Lane. Upon approaching the auto, I observed five occupants inside the car, several having bloodshot eyes. I also detected an odor of marijuana from inside the auto along with observing the occupants appearing to be nervous. I spoke with the occupants of the vehicle and asked them if they had marijuana. The Defendant, DOR 1/30/86 informed me that she did. Having me a clean plastic bag containing marijuana, a brown paper bag containing marijuana and a glass pipe containing marijuana residue. Both the marijuana and paraphernalia tested positive. Based on the aforementioned incident, I arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, FSS 893.13(6)(B) and possession of drug paraphernalia, FSS 893.147.
