To reiterate, I am setting --\n4 let me ask, Ms. Moe, if we are going to proceed to trial, how\n5 long of a trial does the government anticipate?\n6 MS. MOE: Your Honor, the government anticipates that\n7 its case in chief would take no more than two weeks. But in\n8 terms of the length of time to block out a trial date, in an\n9 abundance of caution, in view of the need for jury selection\n10 and the defense case, we would propose blocking three weeks for\n11 trial.\n12 THE COURT: All right. Thank you.\n13 With that, I will adopt the schedule.
