I am a partner at Kramer, Levin, Naftalis & Frankel.\n11 Q. How long have you been a partner at that firm?\n12 A. I have been a partner at that firm since I believe 2001.\n13 Q. Prior to that were you involved in the law --\n14 A. I'm sorry. Since 1999 I was a partner there. Prior to\n15 that I was an associate at Kramer Levin.\n16 Q. Prior to that?\n17 A. Prior to that I began my career as a clerk in this\n18 courthouse for a judge here. I was then at the Federal\n19 Defenders office in the Southern District of New York until\n20 1995, when I joined Kramer Levin. I had a brief period when I\n21 was a visiting associate professor at NYU teaching courses\n22 there right in between.\n23 Q.
