So I am\nunpersuaded based on the balance of facts that the defendant is\nindigent, and I do intend to impose a fine.\nI will address restitution at the end. I understand\nthe government is not seeking restitution. So we will pick\nthat up at the end.\nAll right. With that, I'm going to take a break, and\nthen I will come back and hear from -- just fill a few\nformalities. Neither of the papers make an argument for formal\ndownward departures, as I understood them. In any event, I've\nconsidered whether there's an appropriate basis for departure\nfrom the advisory range within the Guideline system and do not\nfind any grounds warranting departure under the Guidelines.\nWhen we return with the Guideline calculation\ncomplete, I will hear from the parties as to what they contend\na reasonable sentence is for Ms. Maxwell, taking into account\nthe 3553(a) factors.\nIt's 12:30, which is a shocking fact to me.
