And when the defense was on notice of this issue, I\n16 just want to clarify in terms of the anticipated scope of the\n17 testimony. I can't imagine, given that record and\n18 cross-examination of Jane and the Court's other rulings about\n19 investigative steps, that there would be anything other than\n20 what we've just seen now twice.\n21 MS.
