There is no information about\n14 who will be cosigning this bond or their assets and no details\n15 whatsoever.\n16 The government submits that no conditions of bail\n17 would be appropriate here. But it is revealing, your Honor,\n18 that the defendant had both declined to provide a rigorous,\n19 verified accounting of her finances and that she does not\n20 propose that she pledge any meaningful security for her\n21 release. She identifies no stable residence where she could\n22 reside. Instead, she proposes, among other proposals, that she\n23 stay at a luxury hotel in Manhattan, the most transient type of\n24 residence.
