If the Court remembers the record evidence, there\nwas some evidence of money moving, but it was to buy a\nhelicopter that was not for her. We heard testimony from Larry\nVisoski that he often kept assets of cars in his name for\nMr. Epstein. That doesn't make Larry Visoski a participant in\nthe criminal endeavors. I think it's a stretch for the\ngovernment to point to that as some sort of evidence of\ncontinued involvement or continued profit after the end date of\nthe conspiracy. I just wanted to make that one point, your\nHonor.\nTHE COURT: Anything on that, Ms. Moe?\nMS. MOE: Your Honor, with respect to the financial\ntransaction, we offered that along with other evidence to\nrefute the claim that the defendant had moved on, which, as we\nnoted, is an expression that has no legal meaning. And so\ncontrary to the assertion that the defendant had moved on and\nwas no longer associated with Epstein, the trial evidence\nestablished that she remained a close associate for many years,\nand that is the purpose for which we offered that evidence.\nTHE COURT: Understood. Thank you.\nI do want to address -- do you have other -- I want to\nask about 3(b)(1).\nMR. EVERDELL: Yes, your Honor.\nTHE COURT: I think it's for the government.
