He should have stood before you all those years ago. He\n6 should have stood before you in 2005, again in 2009, and again\n7 in 2019, all of the many times he was accused, charged, and\n8 prosecuted.\n9 But today it is not about Epstein ultimately. It is\n10 for me to be sentenced and for the victims to address me, and\n11 me alone, in this court.\n12 To you, all the victims, those who came in court and\n13 to those outside, I am sorry for the pain that you experienced.\n14 I hope that my conviction, along with my harsh and unusual\n15 incarceration, brings you closure.
