AS I DROVE UP BEHIND THE VEHICLE, THE VEHICLE LEFT THE SAFETY ZONE WHICH I THEN CONDUCTED A CAR STOP ON THE 200 BLOCK OF BAHAMA LANE. UPON APPROACHING THE AUTO, I OBSERVED FIVE OCCUPANTS INSIDE THE CAR, SEVERAL HAVING BLOODSHOT EYES. I ALSO DETECTED AN ODOR OF MARYJANA FROM INSIDE THE AUTO ALONG WITH OBSERVING THE OCCUPANTS APPEARING TO BE NERVOUS, I SPOKE WITH THE OCCUPANTS OF THE VEHICLE AND ASKED THEM IF THEY HAD MARYJANA, THE DEFENDANT informed me that SHE DID. HANDING ME A CLEAR PLASTIC BAG CONTAINING MARYJANA, A BROWN PAPER BAG CONTAINING MARYJANA AND A GLASS PIPE CONTAINING MARYJANA RESIDUE.
