The Person taken into custody committed the below acts in my presence was observed by that he/she saw the arrested person commit the below acts. was found to have committed the below acts, resulting from my (described) investigation admitting to the below facts On the 11 day of SEPTEMBER 2005 at 1144 AM PM (Specifically include facts constituting cause for arrest.) on SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 11, 2005, AT APPROXIMATELY 2306 HOURS, I OBSERVED A FOUR DOOR WHITE MITSUBISHI, FL TAG #CJ04VU PARKED IN A SAFETY ZONE WITHIN A CURVE IN THE ROADWAY, ACROSS FROM 760 NORM OCEAN BLVD. AS I DROVE UP BEHIND THE VEHICLE, THE VEHICLE LEFT THE SAFETY ZONE, WHICH I THEN CONDUCTED A CAR STOP ON THE 200 BLOCK OF BAHAMA LANE. UPON APPROACHING THE AUTO, I OBSERVED FIVE OCCUPANTS INSIDE THE CAR SEVERAL HAVING BLOODSHOT EYES. I ALSO DETECTED AN ODOR OF MARYJANA FROM INSIDE THE AUTO ALONG WITH OBSERVING THE OCCUPANTS APPEARING TO BE NERVOUS. I SPOKE WITH THE OCCUPANTS OF THE VEHICLE AND ASKED THEM IF THEY HAD MARYJANA, THE DEFENDANT informed me that SHE DID, SHOWING ME A CLEAR PLASTIC BAG CONTAINING MARYJANA, A BROWN PAPER BAG CONTAINING MARYJANA AND A GLASS PIPE CONTAINING MARYJANA RESIDUE. BOTH THE MARYJANA AND PARAPHERNALIA TESTED POSITIVE. BASED ON THE AFOREMENTIONED INCIDENT, I ARRESTED AND CHARGED WITH POSSESSION OF MARYJANA, F.S. 893.13(6)(B) AND POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, F.S. 893.147.
