K.P.M. (Specifically include facts constituting cause for arrest.)\nOn Sunday, September 11, 2005, at approximately 2346 Hours, I observed a four door white Mitsubishi, FL tag #C104Y parked in a safety zone within a curve in the roadway, across from 760 North Ocean Blvd. As I drove up behind the vehicle the vehicle left the safety zone which I then conducted a car stop on the 200 block of Belmare Lane. Upon approaching the auto, I observed five occupants inside the car, several having bloodshot eyes. I also detected an odor of marijuana from inside the auto and while observing the occupants appearing to be nervous, I spoke with the occupants of the vehicle and asked them if they had marijuana. The defendant DOB 4/30/86 informed me that she did, having the marijuana in a clear plastic bag containing marijuana, a brown paper bag containing marijuana and a glass pipe containing marijuana residue. Both the marijuana and paraphernalia tested positive. Based on the aforementioned incident, I arrested and charged her with possession of marijuana, FSS 893.13(6)(B) and possession of drug paraphernalia, FSS 893.147.\nSworn and subscribed before me\nNotary Public/Clerk of Court/Police Officer\n9-12-05\nSignature of Arresting/Investigating Officer\nName of Officer (Please Print)\nDate\n9/16/05\nDistribution: WHITE - Court Copy GREEN - State Attorney YELLOW - Agency PINK - Agency\n07/26/17 Page 27 of 111 Public Records Request No.: 17-295 DOJ-OGR-00031437",
