I also detected an odor of marijuana\nfrom inside the auto along with observing the occupants appeared very\nnervous. I first spoke with the operator of the vehicle, Benjamin\nBryan and asked him if he had marijuana in his auto. Benjamin Bryan\ninformed me that he did have marijuana, handing me a quantity of\nmarijuana rolled in brown paper. I then asked the remainder of the\noccupants separately if they had marijuana and a female, identified as\nfrom her pocketbook a clear plastic bag containing a quantity of\nmarijuana, a brown paper bag containing a quantity of marijuana and a\nglass pipe containing marijuana residue. A search of the vehicle\nincident to the lawful arrests, I recovered a glass pipe containing\nmarijuana from under the front seat. Both individuals were charged\nwith possession of marijuana under 20 grams and possession of drug\nparaphernalia and issued NTA's, returnable to Criminal Court, 3238 Gun\nClub Rd., on 9/27/05 at 0800 hours without incident. The marijuana\npossessed by Benjamin Bryan tested positive and weighed at 1.3 grams.\nThe marijuana possessed by tested positive and 3.0\ngrams. All recovered items were placed into evidence.\nI also conducted an investigation on the remaining three\nindividuals: David A. Cruz, dob/030987, William L. Tucker, dob/032887\nand Paul J. Abrams, dob/052386.
