AS I DROVE UP BEHIND THE VEHICLE, THE VEHICLE LEFT THE SAFETY ZONE WHICH I THEN CONDUCTED A CAR STOP ON THE 200 BLOCK OF BAHAMA LANE. UPON APPROACHING THE AUTO, I OBSERVED FIVE OCCUPANTS INSIDE THE CAR, SEVERAL HAVING BLOODSHOT EYES. I ALSO DETECTED AN ODOR OF MARIJUANA FROM INSIDE THE AUTO ALONG WITH OBSERVING THE OCCUPANTS APPEARING TO BE NERVOUS. I SPOKE WITH THE OCCUPANTS OF THE VEHICLE AND ASKED THEM IF THEY HAD MARIJUANA. THE DEFENDANT INFORMED ME THAT SHE DID, SHOWING ME A CLEAR PLASTIC BAG CONTAINING MARIJUANA, A BROWN PAPER BAG CONTAINING MARIJUANA AND A GLASS PIPE CONTAINING MARIJUANA RESIDUE.
