COUNTY ROAD PALM BEACH, FL 33480 FAX: 835-4736 Re: Your Case No. 05-0368 Dear Det Recarey: The above-styled case has been set before the Palm Beach County Grand Jury for investigation on 07/19/2006, at 9:00 AM, in Room 4A, Juvenile Courts Building of the Palm Beach County Courthouse, 205 North Dixie Highway, West Palm Beach, Florida. Please call our office upon receipt of this notice at 355-7363 (Bobbie Payne). This NOTICE TO APPEAR is being sent to you in lieu of a Grand Jury Subpoena. We expect you to honor this Notice since, as a police officer, you are integrally involved in the prosecution of the above-styled defendant.
