Your Honor issued a pretrial detention\n5\norder and your Honor has the power, the inherent authority,\n6\nthey are not going to refuse to allow you to go look at the\n7\nninth floor. They are going to count on you to make decisions\n8\nin the future.\n9\nI just trust that the executive branch is not going to\n10\nprevent the judicial branch from looking into the death of\n11\nJeffrey Epstein or the conditions in the SHU unit at the MCC,\n12\nsir.\n13\nTHE COURT: Great.
