I made no particular choice relating to May 12th because I\n9 didn't know that there was any more out there, but I certainly\n10 did not bring the Google search results to the Court.\n11 Q. When you were an AUSA, would you have felt an obligation to\n12 bring that kind of information to the Court's attention?\n13 A. I have the same obligation to the Court now as I did when I\n14 was an AUSA and had I believed that that information was\n15 accurate, I would have immediately brought it to the Court's\n16 attention.\n17 Q. I believed, based on the juror's sworn statements and the\n20 other factors, that she was someone else entirely.\n21 Q.
