MENNINGER: We all do. And I've been asking\n7 for -- I submitted it with redactions that I thought were\n8 appropriate. The government has said several times that they\n9 thought they might have one or two more redactions. I've been\n10 asking for those. I believe those were admitted in evidence a\n11 week ago Wednesday, so nine days ago.\n12 I think that they should be made publicly available.\n13 The government has said, Well, let's do it next week, when\n14 we're doing videos and things like that.\n15 Frankly, I think the time for giving more redactions\n16 has come and gone. And if they have any more, I'd ask that\n17 they submit them to the Court by this evening so the Court can\n18 rule on those additional redactions. Because I submitted them\n19 with redactions in the first place, and I think I've been\n20 getting requests from the media for those exhibits. I\n21 obviously don't respond to the press, but I think it's an\n22 indicia that they are interested in making whatever is going to\n23 be publicly available happen sooner rather than later.\n24 MS.
