PAGLIUCA: See, I don't think that's true, your\n12 Honor, and I think that's my next point because I think it's a\n13 little fast and loose to say that it's not being offered for\n14 the truth. I mean, that's convenient to get around of the\n15 hearsay objection.\n16 THE COURT: Sometimes it works.\n17 MR. PAGLIUCA: Right.\n18 THE COURT: Sometimes it doesn't.\n19 MR. PAGLIUCA: But it is being offered for the truth\n20 in my view: The truth that these people's names are in there;\n21 the truth that these people had some sort of contact.
