There are some issues related to 3500 material and opinions that were disclosed after midnight last night to us. I don't think we need to raise them now because I'm not entirely clear we will even reach those witnesses, but if we are moving quickly this afternoon, I would ask for time before your Honor, at the break perhaps, the mid-afternoon break, to address some of those concerns we have.
