It was not\n16 true of the return flight, the flight back, wherever she was\n17 going, home, somewhere else, somewhere away from Mr. Epstein.\n18 I think they are asking, Can we consider if Ms.\n19 Maxwell had anything to do with that flight, arranging of that\n20 flight, whether she can be convicted, because it's on the\n21 return trip from an area where Jane claims she was involved in\n22 sexual abuse.\n23 THE COURT: But it says where/if the intent was to\n24 engage -- for Jane to engage in sexual activity.\n25 MR.
