  "full_text": "Case 1:19-cr-00490-RMB Document 36 Filed 07/24/19 Page 18 of 74 18\n1 assure the defendant's appearance.\"So that's just on flight,\n2 your Honor.\n3 With respect to danger to the community, none of the\n4 defendant's proposals address the very significant danger this\n5 defendant proposes, both to victims and witnesses and to the\n6 proper administration of justice.\n7 The government has heard from more than one victim\n8 that in connection with the prior investigation, they believed\n9 they were being instructed by the defendant or his associates\n10 to avoid or lie to law enforcement.\n11 The defense said in its submission that it was without\n12 knowledge as to the basis of the incidents referenced by the\n13 government in our initial filings.\n14 So, as the Court saw, we submitted the underlying\n15 police reports. Those police reports are detailed, they're\n16 credible, and they're supported by corroborating evidence such\n17 as phone records.\n18 THE COURT: These are from Florida; right?\n19 MR. ROSSMILLER: That's correct, your Honor.
