So here is the spin. It's as if the government is just\n5 sort of giving it for the media, here is the spin given to your\n6 Honor to try to influence your Honor's discretion. What\n7 actually happened? At least the court has said we can respond\n8 by proffer. We weren't given a chance to respond in writing.\n9 My client was at the property in the morning in her pajamas.\n10 She was there with one security guard. Two people in the\n11 house. The front door was unlocked. All the other doors of\n12 the house were open. The windows were open. Dozens of agents\n13 came storming up the drive, creating a disturbance. My client\n14 had to hire security because of the threats to her that I have\n15 already relayed before, and the protocol was that in a\n16 disturbance to go into new room. That's all she did. Not\n17 running out of the house, not, you know, looking for some\n18 secret tunnel, went in the other room. The F.B.I. knocked down\n19 the door which, by the way, was open, and my client surrendered\n20 herself for arrest. That's far from the picture painted by the\n21 government.\n22 Let me turn to another thing that the government\n23 mentioned today in an effort to sort of spin the facts, make\n24 everything look sinister with respect to my client. The\n25 government said in its opening brief, well, Judge, she is\n\nSOUTHERN DISTRICT REPORTERS, P.C.\n(212) 805-0300\nDOJ-OGR-00001059",
