We will proceed.\n\nA few preliminary matters.\n\nI did provide public access to this proceeding via a phone line that can accommodate up to 4,000 callers, who are in listen-only mode. I do remind anyone calling in and listening that federal law prohibits the recording or rebroadcasting of any portion of this proceeding, and violation of that rule can result in monetary or other sanctions.\n\nAnother preliminary matter, as I indicated in my order, Dkt. No. 344, I will ensure access to this proceeding and all proceedings in the case for alleged victims as well as for family members of Ms. Maxwell, and the District Executive's Office has coordinated with defense counsel to ensure access to this call by family members of Ms. Maxwell.
