MOE: Good morning, your Honor, Alison Moe for the government, joined at counsel table by Lara Pomerantz, Maurene Comey, Andrew Rohrbach and Sunny Drescher, a paralegal specialist in our office.\nTHE COURT: Good morning.\nMS. STERNHEIM: Good morning, Judge Nathan, Bobby C. Sternheim appearing for Ghislaine Maxwell. Next to me at counsel table also present are part of the defense team, Jeffrey Pagliuca, Laura Menninger and Christian Everdell.\nTHE COURT: Good morning, everyone.\nGood morning, Ms. Maxwell. Please be seated.\nI am told, consistent with the protocols, that I can remove my mask while seated here at the bench, and counsel, when they're at the podium, if you wish to speak from the podium, you may remove your mask. So I will do that.\nWe're here today for a pretrial conference in this matter. Trial is scheduled to commence with the jury questionnaire process beginning this Thursday, November 4.
