I think that the government 15 and I come to different conclusions sometimes about things, but 16 I know -- 17 THE COURT: Why not? Why not? If you knew that -- if 18 it was your assumption that they were expending the same kind 19 of resources researching the matter as you were, 20 THE WITNESS: I'm a little bit in a zone where I'm not 21 describing my thought processes, because I didn't think about 22 raising it with the government.
