In that letter, Mr. Spodek, you informed me that\n5 Juror 50 would invoke his Fifth Amendment privilege against\n6 self-incrimination at this hearing. As you see from my\n7 February 24 opinion, Mr. Spodek, I am going to ask Juror 50\n8 questions today about responses that he gave during the jury\n9 selection process in the case of United States v. Maxwell.\n10\n11 Does it remain your client's intention to assert his\n12 Fifth Amendment privilege in response to those questions?\n13 MR.
