I have the same obligation to the Court now as I did when I\n14 was an AUSA and had I believed that that information was\n15 accurate, I would have immediately brought it to the Court's\n16 attention.\n17 Q. I believed, based on the juror's sworn statements and the\n20 other factors, that she was someone else entirely.\n21 Q.
