It's been\n11\npublicly filed in connection with other civil litigation.\n12\nTHE COURT: Does that agreement bear on in any way the\n13\nsearch and results of the search that were conducted at Mr.\n14\nEpstein's townhouse over the weekend?\n15\nMR. ROSSMILLER: Not in ways that I am aware of now,\n16\nyour Honor. Again, we are very much in progress on the search.\n17\nWe will continue to consider any other implications beyond this\n18\ncase as we continue to review those materials.\n19\nOn a separate note, your Honor, I want to add the\n20\ngovernment noted it is aware of its victim obligations. In\n21\nterms of notification, we have made notification to individuals\n22\nthat we are in particular aware of. We also have listed a\n23\nphone number for victims to be in touch with the FBI, with the\n24\nU.S. Attorney's office.
