Your Honor, I'm not quite sure at what time this evening we'll receive the court transcript, but we'd be happy to do that perhaps by midday tomorrow.\n\nTHE COURT: That's fine. I would just like to set a time for if I'm going to hear from you on disagreement as to how to proceed on cross so as to avoid public identifying information.\n\nWhat's a reasonable time for you to confer and put in a letter if there is disagreement?\n\nMS.
