I next spoke with the house manager, Merwin de la Cruz, who was on scene at the time that we were there. 4 Q. And again, without telling me the substance of that conversation, what's the next thing that happened? 5 A. The next thing that happened is I was on a three-way telephone conversation with an associate of Mr. Epstein named Richard Kahn and his legal counsel named Andrew Tomback. 6 Q. During the course of that phone call, did you tell those attorneys that you had a search warrant for these items? 7 MR. VERDELL: Objection. 8 A. Yes, I did. 9 THE COURT: Just a moment. 10 MR. VERDELL: Objection. Leading. 11 THE COURT: I'll allow it. 12 Q. And again, without getting into the substance of the conversation, after you communicated that you had a search warrant for these items, what's the next thing that happened? 13 A.
