It was an office that was located pretty close to the front door. 2 Q. Focusing on the bottom half of the photograph, what was inside the cabinet? 3 A. These were large plastic bins that contained various boxes that had hard drives in them. 4 Q. How were they packaged? 5 A. They were packaged within the box for the hard drive. They also had evidence tape on the exterior of the box. 6 Q. Did the boxes containing hard drives have evidence tape on them when the FBI found them? 7 A. Yes, they did. 8 Q. In other words, did the FBI find them with evidence tape or did you apply evidence tape to the boxes? 9 A. We found them with evidence tape. We did not place that there. 10 Q. As you sit here today, do you have personal knowledge of why there was evidence tape on these boxes? 11 A. No, I don't. 12 Q. Were these drives seized during the course of the search? 13 A.
