I think the 403 problem looms large in this case where we're going to put in a photograph of someone who there is not going to be -- she's not going to testify, your Honor. They don't want her to testify because she has a lot of credibility problems. So they want to put in evidence that she was a victim but without having her get on the stand and testify. So now they want to get in evidence that she had a topless photo and no one's going to say when that photograph was taken.
