And you got a hold of Mr. Scarola, who was your lawyer from before; correct? 6 A. Yes. 7 Q. And you spoke with Mr. Scarola? The government continued to try to contact you in 2019; correct? 8 A. Correct. 9 Q. And you didn't get back to them at all in 2019, did you? 10 A. I don't recall. 11 Q. Well, do you recall that Mr. Scarola forwarded a number of emails from the government to you in 2019 and you never responded to them? 12 A. I -- I don't recall any of that. 13 Q.
