MENNINGER: Good morning, your Honor.\n14 THE COURT: Good morning, Ms. Menninger.\n15 MS. MENNINGER: A couple of issues.\n16 I've conferred with the government, and I believe we\n17 have agreement. I would like to just put them on the record\n18 prior to the testimony of Annie Farmer. She is not testifying\n19 anonymously, your Honor. Therefore, my plan is to use the\n20 counsel screen as one normally would in these situations,\n21 rather than so much of the paper.
