EVERDELL: Your Honor, on that same score, we'd\n6 like to be able to put folders under the jurors' chairs with\n7 that exhibit in them that they would only be asked to open if\n8 it's admitted.\n9 MS. COMEY: No objection, your Honor.\n10 THE COURT: Okay. Thank you.\n11 MR. EVERDELL: I will take care of that.\n12 Thank you, your Honor.\n13 MS. MENNINGER: Good morning, your Honor.\n14 THE COURT: Good morning, Ms. Menninger.\n15 MS. MENNINGER: A couple of issues.\n16 I've conferred with the government, and I believe we\n17 have agreement. I would like to just put them on the record\n18 prior to the testimony of Annie Farmer. She is not testifying\n19 anonymously, your Honor. Therefore, my plan is to use the\n20 counsel screen as one normally would in these situations,\n21 rather than so much of the paper.
