But there is no hard evidence that there was\n8 enticement to travel, convincing her to travel for that\n9 purpose. So I don't think either on an aiding and abetting\n10 theory, it also doesn't work.\n11 The only other point I would make, your Honor, is that\n12 I want to be clear on the record that we are making this\n13 application as to all counts, although my comments are reserved\n14 for the first two counts.\n15 THE COURT: Understood.
