And they would like to be able to do\n7 this, at least some of them, with some sort of anonymous\n8 protection.\n9 And, your Honor, there's, I think, one in particular\n10 that maybe we can be heard at sidebar on, but --\n11 THE COURT: Here's what I want to say: You should\n12 confer. Identify specifically who you're talking about and the\n13 asserted reasons. You'll let me know if you come to agreement\n14 or disagree and, in either case, you'll put -- certainly if you\n15 disagree, you'll put forward your disagreement. To the extent\n16 you agree, you'll put forward the rationale and authoritative\n17 support for the proposition.\n18 MR. EVERDELL: Absolutely, your Honor.\n19 THE COURT: So timing on that?\n20 MS.
