The object of the conspiracy charged in Count Five of the indictment is to commit sex trafficking of individuals under the age of 18. I've already reviewed the elements of that offense in connection with Count Six. If you find beyond a reasonable doubt that Ms. Maxwell agreed with at least one other person that those elements be done, then the sex trafficking of individuals under the age of 18 objective would be proved. Instruction No. 35, Counts One, Three, and Five: Conspiracy to Violate Federal Law - Second Element: Membership in the Conspiracy.
