Those were the two statements that were\n7 typed up in the agent's 302.\n8 THE COURT: Okay.\n9 MS. MENNINGER: And in the handwritten notes.\n10 She's had a chance to explain it; in her mind, it's a\n11 typo. We have those agents on call to be witnesses, and they\n12 can talk about whether it was a typo or not a typo. I mean, I\n13 think that's the state of play in terms of contradicting a\n14 witness with a prior inconsistent statement.\n15 THE COURT: Okay. Anything else on that?\n16 MR.
